MASS 2010 Conference Grants NOW OPEN

The Māori Association of Social Sciences is pleased to offer up to 20 grants for unwaged and postgraduate students to attend the MASS 2010 Conference (undergraduate students may not apply). These grants are a way to encourage Māori researchers to present their work. Successful applicants to the MASS Conference Grants will be required to present at the MASS 2010 Conference.
Grants are not of monetary value. Each grant consists of a Full Registration for one person and accommodation for 2x nights at Ngā Wai o Horotiu Marae (AUT). Note: Conference Dinner ticket is not included in this grant.
Criteria
- Applicants must prove that they are unwaged or postgraduate students (undergraduate students may not apply) with suitable identification (Community Services card, Student ID card)
- Applicants will be required to cover all other expenses including travel
- Successful applicants will be required to present at the MASS 2010 Conference
- Applications must be received no later than 4.00pm, 8 October 2010

The MASS 2010 Conference Organising Committee warmly invites you to submit papers and abstracts under the overarching conference theme of “Mā tāu rourou, mā tāku rourou – Working with Māori communities”.
Submissions for the Conference may be in one of two formats:
- Presentation Only Abstract
- Full Paper
